Validity of contract of sale, product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.

The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

Placing an order from shop

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method. Methods via bank are:

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV
  • Visa/Mastercard

NB! Paying thru bank links, do not forget to push the button” Back to shop”.

Payments are moderated by Maksekeskus AS. The payment is taking place outside web store and in secure environment. Using bank links it takes place inside banks secure environment. Using Visa/Master card it takes place in secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. Seller does not have access to data of bank or credit cards.

The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.

The owner of the online store is responsible of  processed data and is forwarding personal data needed for processing the payments to authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.


Goods are shipped to the following countries: United Kingdom, Estonia.

The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-7 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within calendar days:  choosing  DHL delivery shipment arrives in 5 working days, standard delivery by  Omniva can take 3 – 4 weeks.

For shipping there is possible to choose between Omniva, Itella Smart Post and DHL.

We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.

Ordering custom bespoke headwear

All orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to you.

Orders may only be placed by individual customers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale.

After you have placed the order with us, we will send you an order confirmation by email with your order number and details of the product you have ordered.

In Estonia You may also order from us by telephone. You can ring us Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm GMT. We are shut on bank and public holidays.

We need You to you provide us with an email address, so we can follow the same procedures as for online sales. Acceptance of your order and a contract of sale between us is not formed until payment in full has been received and cleared.


All prices on the website are quoted in euros (€). Choosing delivery by DHL there is possibility to see prices in GBP (£). They do not include VAT ( 20%) and this tax shall not be added to deliveries within the EU and out from EU till company have not reached needed point for that.

Please note that on all orders placed for delivery outside the EU the import Vat shall be added.  It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any subsequent import duties that may be applicable for deliveries within their own countries, if not agreed and written down on our shop page an other way.

We may change the prices on the website at any time and without any notice.

We ensure that all prices given on the site are correct.

Description and product information

We have made every effort to represent the colours of our products as accurately as possible in our e-shop. However due to differences in monitors we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will reflect the true colour of the product.

Returns and exchange policy

All our hats and headpieces are of the highest quality and each one is handmade to order at our atelier in Tallinn. For this reason we are unable to accept returns on made to measure or customized items. We do however want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase, so if your headpiece does not match or exceed your expectations, please don’t hesitate to phone or email us .

Bespoke shop items are returnable within a 14 working day period. We would ask that you email us within 48hrs of receipt of any purchase to arrange the return. It is helpful for us to know why you would like to return the goods. The item must be returned, unworn and in perfect condition. When returning items they must be packed in original package same way as in receiving the package. So the items keep their perfect shape.

Once the goods are back with us we will refund the full purchase price. We are not liable for the original delivery costs or the return cost unless there is an error on our part or if there is any fault with the goods. We do not refund the price of spoiled items.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on bespoke millinery since they are made to order and bespoke to the customer.

Returns procedure

We recommend using the following courier to return your parcel: DHL Courier outside Estonia or Omniva via your local Estonian post office. If using Royal Mail, you must send back using the Special delivery service to ensure that the parcel is trackable.

Please wrap your parcel securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please reuse the original packaging that the order was supplied in. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We recommend that you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using Royal Mail. Please clearly indicate goods are being either returned for refund or exchange.

In any event, damaged, worn or used items will not be refunded or exchanged, include our original hat box. If the box is damaged, it’s price, 25 £/29 €, shall not be refunded.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. Except  made to measure or customized items.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address ann@annlumiste.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.

The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received.

If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to or submitted by calling .

If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.

A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
